Editorial Standards

How we produce content, source data, and maintain trust.

Editorial independence

realworld.finance is editorially independent. Coverage decisions, rankings, and analysis are never influenced by advertisers, sponsors, or issuers. No asset manager, protocol, or chain can pay to be featured, ranked higher, or reviewed favorably.

Content types

We publish three types of content, each clearly labeled:

  • Research & Analysis— Original reporting, data analysis, and market commentary produced by our editorial team.
  • Data— Live dashboard data aggregated from public on-chain sources, issuer disclosures, and third-party APIs.
  • Sponsored— Paid content from partners, always marked with a “Sponsored” label and visually distinguished from editorial work.

Data sourcing

Dashboard data is sourced from public blockchain data, issuer APIs, regulatory filings, and established third-party data providers. Where data is estimated or derived, we disclose the methodology. We do not fabricate or extrapolate data points without disclosure.

Corrections policy

We correct factual errors promptly. When an article is corrected, we append a dated correction note at the bottom of the article and update the “last modified” timestamp. We do not silently alter published content. Material corrections are noted in the article body; minor fixes (typos, formatting) may be made without annotation.

To report an error, email contact@hexsoup.com.

Conflicts of interest

Authors and editors disclose material financial interests in assets or protocols they cover. If a writer holds a position in a token, fund, or protocol discussed in an article, that interest is disclosed at the end of the piece.

Use of AI

We may use AI tools to assist with research, data analysis, and drafting. All AI-assisted content is reviewed, fact-checked, and edited by human editors before publication. AI is a tool in our workflow, not a substitute for editorial judgment.

Not financial advice

Nothing published on realworld.finance constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Our content is for informational and educational purposes only. Readers should conduct their own research and consult qualified advisors before making investment decisions.
